Mission & Vision
Connecting youth potential for Poland’s future
Young Think is an apolitical student think tank that channels the intellectual potential of Polish students — both at home and abroad — into concrete public policy proposals. We are a community of ambitious students and graduates, from the University of Warsaw to Harvard and Sciences Po, united by a vision of a Poland that fully harnesses its citizens' talents. We operate on a policy crowdsourcing model, collectively developing ideas with the support of experienced mentors.
What We Do?
From knowledge to impact
We support students in developing policy papers — concrete proposals addressing key public challenges. Our flagship initiatives are Young Think Policy Briefs and the national ideathon Young Think Policy Sprint. By combining the fresh perspectives of young people with mentors' expertise, we turn the potential of young Poles into real solutions to pressing social and economic issues — work recognized by state institutions including the Prime Minister's Chancellery and the President's Youth Council.

Nina Slawinska
Co-Founder and President
Nina is a student at the London School of Economics. She completed the first two years at Sciences Po Paris (Reims Campus), where she majored in Politics and Governance with a minor in Law.
Pola Łęgowska
Board Member and Logistics Team
Pola is an analyst in the Risk and Regulatory team as part of Controllers division at Goldman Sachs. She graduated with a BSc Politics and International History at LSE.
Aleksander Hycnar
Co-Founder and Board Member
A co-founder of Young Think, his academic interests include economics and sustainable development. A student at Sciences Po Paris, in 2025 he is now a student at the University of Chicago.
Anna Lipiec
Co-Founder and Board Member
Anna is a student of political science at NYU Abu Dhabi. At Young Think, she works on external relations and PR.
Filip Zaleski

Filip is a recent University of Toronto graduate with Economics and Political Science. He will soon be competing a Masters of Science in Quantitative Finance at NYU. test

Pola is a student at Yale, where she is majoring in international relations and economics. She is interested in politics and journalism.

Konrad is a math and philosophy student at Yale, with econometrics research experience. He's interested in antitrust policy and enforcement.
