Education Without a Strategy: How the State Contributes to Brain Drain

An exceptionally large number of young Poles wish to pursue their studies abroad. While some declare their intention to return to Poland after graduation, in many cases, this does not align with reality. Poles studying abroad do not see a future for themselves in Poland. As a member of this group myself, I decided to take a closer look at this issue.
