Reform of Career Counselling in Primary Schools
The authors suggest that career counseling should focus more heavily on increasing access to practical knowledge, thereby enabling students to make more informed choices regarding their post-primary education. The aim of introducing a universal subject curriculum—spanning the entire seventh-grade school year—is to allow students to experience a genuine work environment through meetings with professionals from various industries, as well as through a single organized educational visit to a local business.
